About Amy

Amy Lau has over 20 years of experience in sales and consulting leadership working with startups and global enterprises like IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco and Salesforce. In her career, she’s generated over $82 million in revenues and won several sales and President’s Club awards. Her unique blend of human connection and client-relationship experience has led her to a career coaching business owners on taking their sales into hypergrowth. She specializes in helping leaders and sales teams collaborate and navigate today’s fast-paced sales environment to create a clear strategy and path to enduring success in the midst of fierce competition.

Igor Goldburt

About Igor

Igor Goldburt has over 25 years of financial executive expertise in scaling and growing organizations in diverse industries ranging from Architectural/Engineering A&E to ABA (Autism) Healthcare.  He’s a “CEO whisperer” who’s instrumental in helping teams reach their peak performance potentials.

He understands how to motivate teams to work together by harnessing each’s strengths in the collaborative effort towards reaching their goals.

Journey

A hands-on Financial Executive/CFO, Igor works diligently with all facets of a firm’s internal and external structures, identifying and avoiding potential pitfalls and serving to turn companies around. Throughout his professional career, he’s built diverse knowledge and skills spanning across accounting, finance, operations, human resources, business development/relationship building, and revenue generation. 

 

After 12 years as CFO for his former Architectural firm, he was able to restructure, grow and turn the firm’s operations around, helping to secure the future for the ownership group by executing a successful M&A in 2017.

 

In 2021, as Chief Finance and Development Officer, he was able to turn around a struggling ABA and Health Industry Elderly Care firm, facilitating a $15.5 Million M&A offer. 

Degrees

Igor graduated from the Executive Leadership Training at Warton School of Business, has a MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting with a minor in Economics from the University of Maryland. He brings a tremendous amount of business acumen to the table.

About Leo

Leo hails from McAllen, TX in the Rio Grande Valley. His desire to give back was instilled by his Texas Teacher of the Year father and a selfless, dedicated mother. He’s the proud parent of Leif (12) and Colette (8), who deeply inspire him. He studied Computer Systems Engineering at Stanford University before moving to Austin in 1996 with Trilogy Software. He launched and managed three social ventures, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and built a vast and influential civic and corporate network. Leo is Founder and CEO of Encast: a software company revolutionizing how influencers and their fans elevate affinity, engagement, and social impact. He has served on over a dozen non-profit boards and is especially passionate in technology, workplace culture, the non-profit industry and philanthropy, cause marketing/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Corporate Social Justice (CSJ), and DE&I. As an executive coach and facilitator, Leo has engaged with dozens of CEOs and business owners through The Alternative Board (TAB) and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He’s worked extensively with civic and corporate leaders including the Mayor’s Corporate Engagement Council (CEC) Steering Committee and Development and Partnerships Director for Finding Home ATX: Austin’s half a billion dollar initiative to end unsheltered homelessness.
